Rolex Submariner 1680 from 1976

For sale is an excellent example of a Rolex Submariner 1680  with a beautiful orange creamy hue perfect matching patina in the hands/dial and a very special and rare Joskes jubilee bracelet. The black bezel turned naturally into a subtle gray, it complements the tones in the rest of the dial.  The case is still thick. With the introduction of the ref. 1680, the first reference to feature a calendar function, the Rolex Submariner Date was born. The ref. 1680’s later production runs such as this example serve as the perfect entry point for classic and vintage Rolex ownership.
